Massage is a personal and private experience. All that transpires during the massage is strictly confidential and will be handled with utmost level of professionalism and respect.
All personal information collected in the customer profile or on the health form is strictly confidential.
Health information may be shared with certified professionals should a referral be required.
Health forms are kept in either digital format or physical format; whichever format the document is completed in. The health form is only filled out once and never shared with any other parties. Physical files are under lock and key, digital files or profiles will be kept on USB under lock and key. No personal information is stored on my personal computer.
All online payments are conducted with secure payment platforms.
I take children’s privacy seriously and in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Act. I will not collect or solicit information from children under the age of majority in Quebec. If you are a child under the age of majority, please do not submit any information without the consent of a parent or guardian.
