Refund Policy

Swedish massage requires good communication between the therapist and the customer.

 

If during the massage the customer feels they are not receiving the proper level of care or service, they are free to stop the massage at any time.

Any refund or reduction will be dependant on the length of time that has passed in the session and the nature of the issue.

in the event a customer is late, there will be no reduction in fee unless under extreme circumstances. the massage duration will only last from arrival to the end of the appointment.

There are no reductions for customer certain customer complaints for mobile service. I am unable to control the ambience or space required to provide a relaxing environment, or the proper space to conduct a massage, outside of my home studio. or, be held responsible to provide more time for the session should it be interrupted.
